Prepare homemade sauces for accompany our favorite pasta it is much easier than it seems. While the spaghetti is cooked, we can cook a very tasty sauce enhanced by the flavor of the anchovies, to which in this case we are also going to give a very aromatic spicy point.
- Ingredients: 350 g of spaghetti, 2 cloves of garlic, 1 tablespoon of capers, 50 g of pitted green olives, 50 g of pitted black olives, 10 fillets of anchovy from the Cantabrian Sea, 1/2 teaspoon of ground cayenne, 400 g of canned natural tomato, fresh basil, black pepper, salt, extra virgin olive oil and some pear tomatoes to serve.
- Elaboration: cook the spaghetti in plenty of salty water following the instructions on the package. Chop the garlic, 6 anchovies and capers, and slice the olives. Brown the garlic in a frying pan with oil, add the chopped anchovies and capers and cook for about 5 minutes. Add the olives, tomato and cayenne, add salt and pepper and cook for 10 minutes. Add the cooked spaghetti, give a few turns and serve with the reserved anchovies, chopped tomato and a little basil.
